Alignment Healthcare USA, LLC, including its subsidiaries and affiliates, such as Alignment Health Plan (collectively, “Alignment”, “we,” “us,” or “our”), owns and operates certain messaging systems with links or references to these SMS Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Messaging System”) that Alignment may use from time to time to communicate with you about its products and services. To the extent applicable, these SMS Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference the Alignment Healthcare – Privacy Policy and Alignment Healthcare – Terms of Use.

Alignment Healthcare USA, LLC, reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

    When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. Text JOIN to 242872 to receive Alignment Alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on your use. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.

  • You can cancel this service at any time

    You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 242872. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.

    If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

  • If at any time you forget what keywords are supported

    If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 242872. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
