An industry-first program, ACCESS On-Demand Concierge is available to Alignment Health Plan Medicare Advantage members at no additional cost.
ACCESS On-Demand Concierge provides Alignment Health Plan members 24/7 access to:
ACCESS On-Demand Concierge gives Alignment Health Plan members access to a national network of U.S. board-certified physicians available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone or video. With an average of more than 20 years of clinical experience, these doctors can diagnose, treat and prescribe medicine for non-emergency general medical, dermatology and behavioral health conditions by phone or video.
Through ACCESS On-Demand Concierge, Alignment Health Plan members can speak with a real person dedicated to serving their needs and answering their questions, no matter how big or small, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This team is available to help members navigate the services and benefits available to them with speed, ease and efficiency – from making appointments, scheduling transportation, accessing benefits, or discussing health care-related topics with a clinician.
ACCESS On-Demand Concierge was created to solve the “pain points” many seniors cite they face in their overall health care experience – it is designed to provide members with immediate access, a simplified process and peace of mind. In addition to calling the ACCESS concierge team, members can send secure messages to their concierge and access information about their benefits by
logging in online. Members can also download Alignment’s app onto their tablet or smartphone.
Benefits vary by plan, but some Alignment Health Plan products include a monthly over-the-counter (OTC) medicine and health aid benefit that allows members to use their ACCESS card as a debit card with dedicated money to purchase eligible OTC items such as cold and allergy medicine, denture products and diabetes care accessories at more than 50,000 participating drug stores – including CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and Walmart – or online through NationsOTC.
Alignment Health Plan members who qualify may also use their black card to redeem rewards for completing select wellness behaviors and preventive screenings, such as getting a flu shot, mammogram or diabetic eye exam. Qualified members of certain plans may also be eligible to use their ACCESS card to buy groceries with a monthly grocery benefit.

All Alignment Health Plan members receive a black ACCESS On-Demand Concierge card upon enrollment with information about how to contact their concierge team. New members whose coverage starts January 1 should expect to receive their cards in the mail in December.

To enroll in an Alignment Health Plan, call a licensed sales agent at 1-888-979-2247 (TTY 711), open 8 am-8 pm, seven days a week, except Thanksgiving and Christmas from October 1 to March 31.
