Renewing your Medicaid Benefits
Tips as you renew your Medicaid coverage
Our priority is ensuring you do not lose coverage during Medicaid renewal. Your Medicaid eligibility will soon be up for verification, and action might be needed to keep your coverage. To ensure a smooth renewal process, make sure you:
1. Update Your Contact Information
Double check that your state Medicaid agency has your current mailing address, phone number, email address, or other contact information. Select your state below for more information:
2. Check Your Mail and Email
Your state Medicaid agency might mail or email you a letter regarding your Medicaid coverage.
3. Complete Your Medicaid Renewal Form (If you receive one)
Fill out the form and return it to your state Medicaid agency immediately to avoid termination of your Medicaid coverage or a gap in your Medicaid coverage.
If you have any questions regarding your Medicaid renewal, call us 24/7 ACCESS ON-Demand Concierge team at 1-833-AHC-ACCESS (1-833-242-2223), TTY 711 or send us a message.
