Starting Jan. 1, 2022, your Alignment Health Plan Medicare Advantage transportation benefit* will be managed by SafeRide Health. If you have existing or scheduled orders for your Alignment Heath Plan transportation rides, these will be transferred to SafeRide without interruption.

When you call please have your Alignment Health Plan I.D. Card handy. You will need to give our Member Services Representative your name and I.D. Number.

The products and services described above are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the Alignment Health Plan grievance process.
