How Do I Join?

You will receive a call from ALIGNMENT (1-833-260-3357 TTY: 711) when the town hall starts. Just answer your phone and stay on the line to join. If you get disconnected or need to join late you may also dial in by calling:

If you cannot attend, the information covered includes the following:

YOUR PLAN MATERIALS

Your Member ID card* and ACCESS On-Demand Concierge Card from Alignment Health Plan will be shipped shortly after enrollment confirmation.

If you do not receive these materials in 10-14 days after your enrollment confirmation, you need to replace a card or you need to make a change, please call our 24/7 ACCESS On-Demand Concierge Team at 1-833-242-2223 (TTY: 711).

If medically necessary, they can also send a prescription medication to your pharmacy of choice. Call our ACCESS On-Demand Concierge Team to get care today.

    To check the list of Alignment Health Plan’s covered prescription medications, please review the Drug Formulary. Upon your plan’s effective date, you may start filling your prescriptions at any in-network pharmacy. Use our online Pharmacy Search to find your most convenient location.
